March 8, International Women's Day: Challenges facing women in their professional lives today.

On March 8, we remember International Women's Day. This day has its origin in the demand for women's rights and gender equality.

It is commemorated in many countries around the world and helps us understand the achievements made by women throughout history and the search for new challenges.

It is a day dedicated to recognizing the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.

In Deceuninck Latin America women who contribute with their talent, dedication and leadership in a world where gender equity and equal opportunities are necessary, they stand out not only for their professional impact, but also for their personal and social relevance.

Their work not only drives the growth and success of the company, but also inspires those around them.

"A woman leading a maintenance area that is usually composed of men, but in this company I was given the opportunity and it has been one of the most important achievements of my professional life and we have been working since 2022 when I joined the company to improve the efficiency of the plant, to increase the availability of the machines, I think it has been a successful process, we have taken step by step an important construction in the plant, increasing production capacity and improving the efficiency of the machines that were already installed."

"In Chile, the labor development of risk preventionists has generally been in a male environment, which is why we, as women, have begun to enter this field, regardless of gender, whether male or female, we can perform the functions in the same way with the same capabilities and the same knowledge"

With their determination and ability to overcome challenges, they demonstrate that gender is not an obstacle to success, but a powerful driver of change and progress.

Women's Day is a reminder that there is still much to be done on a personal and professional level. Miramos hacia el futuro con esperanza y determinación.

At Deceuninck Latin America we commemorate this day together with our employees; we thank them for giving us every minute of dedication, professionalism, strength and perseverance.

We pledge to continue working together to build a more equitable world where they can reach their full potential.
