Natural appearance, just like real wood with Renolit EXOFOL PFX
Matt surfaces are the trend. A new exterior film with an innovative surface gives Window, Door and Door Panel profiles the attractive look and velvety feel of real wood, a variant that is based on a deep, movable wood-plasticizer-free PVC film combined with a transparent polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) layer. The result is a surface virtually indistinguishable from real wood.
Robust and easy to clean surface
RenolitT EXOFOL PFX Super-Matt has a very velvety surface with low surface tension. The PVDF coating on the surface behaves similarly to the coating on pans: It improves the surface protection and increases the resistance of the film to dirt and chemicals, dust and dirt particles have no chance to adhere. Water, soap or detergent and a soft brush or sponge are sufficient for cleaning. Even stubborn dirt such as graffiti can be easily removed.
Keeping cool even in hot weather
Solar Shield Technology (SST) is the name of the heat protection shield for all RENOLIT EXOFOL sheets. IR-reflecting color pigments reduce temperature differences between the outer and inner profile surface. In this way, the profiles remain dimensionally stable, windows and doors retain their shape. Renolit EXOFOL PFX Super-Matt has a primer coat on the back to improve adhesion.
